Upgrading from the RF Handheld to the TC52
As part of Kroger's technology lift, they decided to switch from the dated Hand Held RF Scan Gun to the The TC52, all-touch mobile computer from Zebra Technologies featuring a 5-inch HD display. As part of this switch all old tasks had to be switched to Digital displays. Created a total of 17 apps.

Kroger tasked our team to research the need to have different types of frictionless shopping experiences. Andreà was the lead Creative Director to facilitate customer interview, lead the research state, and produce findings in a qualitative and quantitative analysis.
